Suncorp hadn't truly defined what it meant for businesses to partner with them, which was essential to succeed with their Marketplace strategy.
Interviewing CEOs and CIOs of small, medium and large businesses, we explored what it meant to partner with large financial institutions.
The interviews gave us the insights we needed to begin designing an ideal experience for potential partners. The research we conducted and delivered also allowed for Suncorp's internal teams to begin scaling their capabilities.
To help with uplift of the research, we created a tool, the Insights Engine, to promote the voice of the customer and enhance the Partner journey map that we presented back to the wider organisation.
We also designed and built an early concept of a digital platform tailored for partnering businesses, to allow them to integrate their APIs and connect to all of Suncorp’s products.
