Pernod Ricard wanted to enhance and improve the experience for customers who used their online wine delivery portal when planning for big occasions. The concept was to use predictive AI to assist in food-pairing, so a prototype was created for a virtual sommelier who gave expert wine recommendations based on the customer’s event criteria.
